| Revised Version of Full Paper Submission | January 1st, 2025 | Early submitted revised papers will be quickly processed for. | |
| Conference Participation | $50 | January 28-29-30th, 2025 | The charge for all types of attendees, not-presenter. |
| Workshop Participation | $50 | January 28, 2025 | Only for the workshop; if they register for the conference, the workshop will be free of charge. |
| Young Researcher Scholarship | 50% discount on the fees for MS/PhD students (proof must be presented). Only one type of discount will be applied. | ||
